CONTRACT OF SALE

All orders placed on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. When an order is placed with ECP DESIGN we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Please check this thoroughly and ensure all details are correct. Any issues should be reported immediately to prevent issues with delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, the completion of the contract between ECP DESIGN and yourself takes place. We may not fulfil any obligations due to the following reasons:
·         The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
·         Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
·         The identification of a pricing or product description error
·         Customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in the terms & conditions
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by one of our customer services team immediately.

Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the colours, textures, designs and finishes are shown correctly on our website we are unable to guarantee absolute accuracy therefore please allow for slight variations from actual merchandise.
